A study with Russian-English bilinguals

Всем привет! Я преподаватель лингвистики в ANU. We are conducting a study with Russian-English bilinguals, looking at how they use the two languages. We ask our participants to self-record a conversation with a friend, complete an online exercise, record an interview, and ask them to provide us with some demographic information in Russian and English. Altogether this should take no longer than three hours and we offer a $60 Westfield voucher for your time.

We are looking for Melbourne adults: men who were born in Australia/moved here before the age of 5.

About Ksenia

I am a Lecturer in Linguistics in the School of Literature, Languages and Linguistics at the ANU. I hold a PhD in Linguistics from the University of Canterbury (New Zealand), a M.A. in English as a Second Language from the University of Arizona (USA), and a B.A. in Theoretical and Applied Linguistics from the Saratov State University (Russia). Before joining the ANU in 2017, I worked as a Linguistic Scientist in Research and Development at Fluent Scientific, Ltd. In addition to English and Russian, I have significant familiarity with French, Korean, Polish, and Spanish.
